Springs Inc is a not for profit agency that was established in 1986 by a group of Sand Springs citizens who were concerned by the lack of community living options for adults with developmental disabilities. To date, Springs Inc. operates two group homes and serves people through programs such as Supported Living Program, Community Living Program and In Home Program.

We provide the supports needed for an individual to stay safe whether is is living along, with roommates, or even in their family home.

In the community,

We support client’s needs to pursue that interests by ensuring that they can participate in community events just like anyone else!

With their medical needs,

We ensure that our staff are fully trained as timely as possible to meet the health needs of our clients.

And everything in between!

Helping them find employment, getting them to work, and so much is only a start to what it is that we do to help our clients!

All employees start out making at least $11.00 per hour and after 90 days we pay the full cost of your medical insurance!
