We serve clients who receive waivered services through the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Some of our clients need significant levels of support and require staff to assist them 24 hours per day while others of our clients may only need a few hours per week in order to touch base and ensure that they have what they need. No matter the situation, we are here to meet our clients where they are and help them grow to be the best version of themselves that they are able to be!

Springs Inc. currently serves many consumers. Of those, some reside in two group homes located in Sand Springs’ residential neighborhoods.
Currently, Springs Inc. primarily serves relatively independent consumers in its group homes.
Springs Inc. serves former Hissom Memorial Center consumers in the supported living program. The agency provides staff, transportation and all other services necessary to these consumers, who otherwise live independent lives in privately owned or rental housing.
Springs Inc.’s Community Living program is similar to its Supported Living program except that it provides services to individuals outside the Hissom class. Staff, transportation and related supports are currently provided to 16 in privately-owned rental housing.
Springs Inc. provide In-Home support staffing and transportation services to individuals. We work with individual’s family to provide certain hours of staff, transportation and/or support services in the least restrictive manner possible.
