Summary – Assits in administrative office of Springs Incorporated by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Stamps outgoing mail.
Delivers oral and written messages.
Marks, tabulates, and files records.
Operates photocopying machine.
Shreds outdated confidential documents.
Cleans windows; sweeps and mops floors; empty trash receptacles; clean bathroom and kitchen area; all in a as needed basis.
Water plants on a as needed basis.
Supervisory Responsibilities – This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications – To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Education and/or Experience – No prior experience or training.
Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills – Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Other Requirement – Must be 18 years of age. Must not have been convicted, or pled guilty or nolo contendere to any felony or misdemeanor assault and battery. Name cannot be listed on the Community Services Registry involving persons with developmental disabilities.
